Consultants, Ltd. is the Zoning Officer/Building Inspector for Wallace
Township.
|
|
Building permits are required for all new construction and
additions, as well as accessory structures (garages, barns, utility
sheds—including pre-fab, and other similar structures), fences and walls, decks
and patios, pools (both in-ground and above-ground), and tennis courts.
Permits are also required for new driveway installations and for
demolition.
The following documents are provided for your convienience. All documents are subject
to change from time to time. Any questions should be directed to the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer.
